Amy's First Dragon Ride
Story heroes: Nori, Amy

Amy walked through the forest, her eyes wide with wonder at the towering trees and whispering leaves. Every step she took crunched softly beneath her feet, as if the forest itself was talking back to her.
Suddenly, a gentle breeze revealed a surprise hidden among the ferns—a small dragon with shimmering scales and the cutest wings. Amy gasped in delight. The dragon's name was Nori, and though he was small, his heart glowed with warmth.

Amy couldn't contain her excitement. 'Can you give me a ride?' she asked eagerly, her eyes sparkling like stars.
Nori blinked, surprised by the request. 'I've never carried anyone before,' he confessed bashfully, his wings twitching nervously.
But Amy wasn’t discouraged. She smiled a reassuring smile, saying, 'Let's try it together!'
The little dragon and the girl giggled as they tried to figure out how she should sit. First, Amy sat too far forward, and they both tumbled gently onto the soft moss.
Then, she slid too far back, and Nori's wings flapped comically, as if trying to balance a teacup on a wobbly shelf.
Determined to succeed, Amy thought for a moment then suggested, 'What if I sit like this, holding onto your scales?'
With a nod, Nori agreed, and when Amy clambered onto his back this time, it felt just right. Nori fluttered his wings, preparing for takeoff.

On their third try, a gentle breeze lifted them off the ground. Amy held on tightly but with trust, and Nori soared higher, his wings catching the sunlight as if sewn with golden threads.
They flew above the treetops, the world unfolding beneath them like a storybook. Amy's laughter filled the sky, a melody of joy that danced with the wind.
The forest stretched below them, a sea of green waves that rippled with life. Nori felt the exhilaration of his first successful flight, warmed by Amy's unwavering courage.
Together, they danced through the clouds, each flap of Nori's wings a steady beat, each curve and dip a shared discovery reinforced by bravery and trust.
After a while, they gently descended back to the forest floor. Amy hopped off, still giddy from the adventure, while Nori's eyes shimmered with a newfound confidence.
'See, we did it!' Amy exclaimed, patting Nori's side softly, her heart full of happiness.
The forest around them seemed to hum with approval, as if whispering secrets of more adventures to come.
The End.
